These terms govern use of Req2QA (req2qa.com) ("we", "us"). Req2QA is a registered business name of Kalyan Nagelli, ABN 56 181 932 896. By using the service with an access code issued to you, you agree to these terms.
Req2QA analyzes requirements documents and, where applicable, process-flow diagrams, to generate test scenarios and traceability reports. Output is generated with the assistance of an AI model and is intended to support, not replace, your own QA review — you remain responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of generated test coverage before relying on it.
Access codes are issued per client and should not be shared outside your organization. You're responsible for keeping your access code confidential; usage under your code is treated as authorized by you.
You agree not to upload documents you don't have the right to share, attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
The service is provided "as is." Generated content may contain errors or omissions; we make no warranty that test scenarios are complete, correct, or fit for any particular regulatory or compliance purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to your use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
